Jennifer founded Morris Accounting and Advisory in 2021 after realizing her passion for helping small businesses achieve their full potential. She believes firmly that an owner’s ability to evaluate relevant financial data in real-time is critical to the growth and success of a small business. Jennifer’s passion for customer service and her commitment to partnership with her clients is a key driver of their success.
Prior to founding Morris Accounting and Advisory, Jennifer began her career as an auditor at EY. Following her time at EY, Jennifer worked as a fund administration professional specializing in both real estate and venture capital. Her time advising emerging fund managers in the venture capital industry sparked her passion to help other small businesses thrive by delivering the support they need to take their business to the next level.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Seth joined Morris Accounting and Advisory, drawn by the firm's mission to serve clients’ financial needs required to scale businesses. Seth's commitment to partnership with clients is a key driver of their success.
Prior to joining Morris Accounting and Advisory, Seth was a strategic transformation consultant, at Accordion, a financial consulting firm serving private equity backed companies, where he most recently served as Vice President in the Transformation practice. In that role he led CFO office transformation, systems implementation, post close integration, reporting build outs all leveraging AI to support businesses scaling with low overhead and higher margins. Before Accordion, Seth spent time leading finance, accounting, analytics and AI integrations, across various PE-backed health care companies.
Seth holds a Masters Degree in Analytics from Southern Methodist University.
